Dismantle the Motorcycles into small parts

For some markets, customer requires to dismantle the motorcycles into small parts in order to load more units of motorcycles in one container.

Same as other companies have been doing, we also remove the motorcycles into small pieces and pack the parts with air bubbles and PE foam. But what make us different here is that the way we dismantle and wrap the goods:

+ We use good quality of air compressor and air dryer in order to remain the best quality of each screws and bolts that was dismantled, avoid water or wetness effect the screws and bolts of motorcycles.

+ We paint the floor and put the thick carpets on the floor to avoid plastic parts contact directly with the concreting floor and avoid scratches on the plastics
+ We wrap the parts by some layer of air bubble and PE foam to make better protection while moving
+ We arrange the parts and load container in scientific and suitable way in order to reduce the pressure on each parts and avoid the tightness of space make the plastic part broken

CBU PACKING

Along with Africa Market, we also export to some strict and high-required market like Europe and American that requires to load in CBU type. Here is the way we work on that type of packing.
